Juliana + Josh’s wedding was right at the beginning of our busiest season yet and we loved every moment of their beautiful day! With spring flowers just coming into bloom, we loved how bright and colorful their color palette was!

Their venue, The Chapel Athens, is the sister venue to one of our longtime favorites, Georgian Hall. Their staff works both venues and is the best of the best! If you are looking for an Athens venue, we highly recommend both locations!

One of our favorite add-ons we have seen a lot of couples choose lately is adding film photos to their photography package! In this gallery, you can see how much the handful of film photos adds to the overall feel of the day!

At The Chapel the ceremony and reception are held in the same space, meaning your vendor team would perform a room flip during cocktail hour to transform the space from ceremony to reception set up.

When this happens, we highly recommend having a floral or decor installation that can be used as a focal point during both set ups. In this case, Gardenia Floral Design created a beautiful installation on the arched doorway that served many purposes throughout the day: as the ceremony backdrop, a backdrop for family formal portraits, and a design focal point that was enjoyed throughout the reception.

While we love sparkler exits, it is so important to have the logistics in place! Our team was on hand to make sure fires weren’t started and the sparklers were gathered and extinguished quickly after the exit.

Pro-tip— a classic car is almost always worth the splurge for your big getaway!
